District 5 is comprised of 5 leagues:

League 26(North Utah County- also known as North Utah County Soccer(NUCS))

 Each league has it's own president and board. Some leagues have recreation programs(in some leagues the city runs the recreation program), all have AA(inter-district) team play and some have AAA(state competition) teams that may be part of clubs or independent.
